How do I order online?
To order online, choose the item you would like to purchase, select any available options for the item by clicking on the drop-down arrow, and click the "Add to Cart" button.

The item(s) you've selected will be shown in your shopping cart. From the cart, you may choose to continue shopping and select other items to purchase, or click on "Checkout" to submit payment information.

What are your payment options?
We accept payment by credit card using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card through our secure server.

Can I pay with a check or money order?
Sure. All you have to do is call our customer support line at 877-234-8128 and arrange for payment over the phone.

How do I know that my order has been received and that it is correct?
We will confirm your order by email. Please carefully check that all of the information on the order is correct including shipping address, phone number, products ordered, quantities, and sizes of all of the items. If there are any errors, please notify us immediately.

If I order more than one item, will they all arrive at the same time?
We ship from a number of different warehouses throughout the U.S. Some of our products are made up of multiple components that come from different shipping points.
